Lama Temple

Lama Temple is a famous historical site in Beijing. It was first built in 1694.It was once the residence of the emperor Yongzheng (1723-35) of Qing dynasty. The complex of Lama Temple is arranged as a series of give halls and courtyards leading from a long pretty garden at the entrance. It is now one of the largest Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in the world.
