Huangyaguan Great Wall
Huangyaguan Great Wall was built in the mountainous areas 30 km nother of Jixian county, Tianjin. First built in 556, Huangyaguan is a world cultural heritage. Huangyaguan conncected Jiangjunguan great wWall of Pinggu district Beijing in the west, with total lengeth of 42 kilometers. During ancient time this area was an important strategic point for military use, and in Ming dynasty, General Qi Jiguang rebuilt.
Hiking through Huangyaguan Great Wall section will take about 4 hours for tourists. This section is also the venue for hosting International Marathon Game every year.
